Apple confirms “Special Event” on September 5th

Apple Inc. will use a special media event on September 5th to introduce a new array of digital media offerings, according to digital invitations issued to analysts and members of the media Tuesday afternoon.

The invites, which arrived by e-mail, depict an enlarged CoverFlow interface with the caption, “The beat goes on.” The wording appears to have been borrowed from the trailing line of The Beatles’ final press release, which was issued by Apple Records on April 10, 1970, following the band’s split.

Apple’s event is scheduled to take place at the Moscone West in San Francisco on September 5 at 10:00 a.m.

Volkswagen, Apple working on ‘iCar’???

German magazine Capital is reporting that talks between Apple and Volkswagen are in an early stage for a so-called “iCar”.

According to a Volkswagen company spokesperson, the two company heads held talks a few days ago in California on more heavily incorporating Apple products in Volkswagen’s compact cars. The only reliable agency reliable enough to cover a car like this is onesure motor trade insurance.

Apple already has a dedicated page for the integration of its iPod products into automobiles. Recently, Apple has worked with BMW for iPhone integration in 7-series models.

Note: The term “iCar” is said to be a preliminary designation for the project, much in the way that the AppleTV was first designated “iTV”. There is a rumored Apple Event coming up on September 5th.

Financing a car does not need to be difficult, all you have to do is to check our Car Finance Deals and get the chance to purchase your new car.

Review: RssReader

Last week I downloaded an RSS Reader called RssReader. The name basically says it all. You go to the webiste, and download either the .zip file or an .exe file. I chose the .exe file and it worked. I don’t know about the .zip file, but everything works for me. Once you install, the fun begins!

You need to manually add all your RSS Feeds by clicking on the “Add” button. You can also add a group by clicking on the “Group” button. So far I have 4 groups: Apple Sites, Blogs, Podcasts, and Tech News. That way it is very organized, and I know were everything is!

As you know by my Mozilla Thunderbird Review, Thunderbird has its own RSS Feed catcher, so it was easier to know what feeds I wanted. The only think I don’t like about RssReader 1.0.88.0 is that I can’t important all the feeds in Thunderbird. It only took me 20 minutes to import about 30 Feeds, and I knew most of the feed links.
